The logo was designed by a previous agency.
JKG Land is a new property development company helmed by Mr Teh Kean Ming, the former CEO and MD of IJM Corporation Bhd. We were brought in to strategise the new corporate brand, having previously done some successful projects for IJM.
Together with Brandhub, we conducted interviews with the owner, management, staff members, as well as relevant stakeholders; followed by workshop sessions, which were vital to help us arrive at the right brand positioning. JKG Land’s staff members also benefited from the sessions as it helped them internalise the new brand.
The JKG Brand Blueprint, a strategic document that guides all strategic communications and behaviour within the organisation, was developed after the workshop sessions.
We subsequently designed the website, made accessible before the brand’s actual launch at the end of 2016.
